As usual Alton provides tons of info in this episode. Seems he is rushing through it to get all the info out. I am no expert, but he knows his stuff. He does pretty much what the knife book guy does.
I was having problems shrinking it down so it is 1 gb. I would recommend downloading instead of watching it in a browser.

We are big fans of real time with Bill Maher. Although a liberal, he will give it to the dems without hesitation. We got HBO just for his show. Theresa’s dad comes over to watch it with us. Darn you writers strike.
