She is so excited. We have a dozen ears of Daniels sweet corn in the fridge.
We saw Despicable me over the weekend. Was OK. The little girl was awesome.
Got this last week and tried it out over the weekend. Our TV has a netflix player built in, but the wii one is better because you can browse through movies in it and add to your watch instantly queue / play them. Fancy.

Saw this over the weekend and it was pretty darn good. I a sucker for animated movies and this one was fast paced, funny, cute, and darn cool. Sucks they charge so much for the 3D movies though. We did the matinee and it was still $19 for the both of us. They now give you disposable glasses instead of the big ones that hurt. I kept mine.
Really strange because I have watched / listened to it 3 times this past week. Had no clue it was up for an award. It is quite the great mini movie.
We really do not go to movies all that often anymore, but figured Extract would be pretty cool since Mike Judge has made some good ones in the past and the cast looked great. Rotten tomatoes had it hovering around 50%, but we went anyway.
Meh…..
Nothing about the movie makes me want to tell anyone to go see it or say that one scene was cool. It was slow and the story was weak. I guess I will see it again in 3 years on comedy central once a month, but not even going on the netflix.

Above is the only reason to watch the sequel to the movie Waiting which is pretty good and we have seen it a bunch of times. Still waiting is a steaming turd. I feel sorry for every actor who was in the second one. It was one of those movies you start watching and hope it gets better and by the time you want to shut it off you are already 1/2 thru and just suck it up and keep going. Do not keep going, it just gets worse and worse. ugh…
Local folk made a horor film and the Joyo is going to show it Friday April 3rd at 9:30

Saw this at the late show Sat night. We suckers for animated movies and this was decent, but nothing too spectacular. We had seen Coraline which was in 3D. We sat pretty close to the screen for that one and it really messed with us. We were not sure if we would go see another, but this one looked cute so we tried again and sat up high. Either our seats or this movie made it much more enjoyable. Super 3D. Pretty much the whole thing was working it hard.
The previews were in 3D as well. Lots of animated 3D movies coming out. One is a space war and the other is about a guy who turns water into food so it rains hamburgers.
The glasses suck though. They are so heavy and there is not padding on the nose. I guess that is good to keep smagma from passing to others, but they hurt after a good 30 minutes. And the prices are fricking insane.
