so we both worked at Crane River and they had this oriental vinaigrette on a chix salad that ruled. We wanted to try and create it at home. Could not really find a good recipe for the dressing online. Figured we would find some dressing at the store. Did not find anything close so tried a few different dressings, grilled some chix, and well…. Meh. the garlic bread was pretty dam good though. We might see what we can find at Ideal dressing wise.
Oh and last night we had our 2nd successful roast in a row. Cooking it for 10 hours will render any meat conquered. We are gonna use the leavings for T’s favorite meal tonight, hot beef.
