Been having a hankering for a good chicken sammich, T was not down with one but said she would eat the chicken. Busted out some of the cottage bacon that was in my freezer and cooked a bit up.
The cottage bacon is not very fatty so I did not have to drain off the grease to use it to cook the chicken which was very coated with Misty’s seasoning. We use Misty’s seasoning on almost everything.
sliced up the tomato I got really thin, a bit of lettuce, and a slice of provolone, and put it on a Super Saver hard roll which I cut a chunk of the middle out of.
The corn from the Old Cheney farmers market ruled. It was the best we have had so far this year.
