The internet pinball database, IPDB, is where you can get info on games and very in depth rules sheets.
Pinball.org has great rule sheets as well.

Some of them are just videos of game play. You might catch a few hints, but the videos with the tutorials are just amazing. Some are over 20 minutes long while some of the best players in the country play a single game and explain the rules and secrets for kicking ass.
Pinball 101 is available at itunes for $4 and is completely worth it.
