death on a plate

Once again something that sounds awesome does not turn out all that great. So a bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with parm, moz, and sun dried tomatoes with mashed taters and chicken gravy. The problem besides wrapping something in bacon came from me using the same spices I use on our roast chickens right on the breasts. it was severe overkill. The bacon I pre-cooked so it would not be too intense. I also cooked them on a roasting pan so it was not swimming in grease. Still not too bad. Oh well darn glad I tried it. Doubt we will try it again.
