ground pig never looked so good

We tried a few ways to male our own pizza rolls. None have really worked out. The filling rules, but won ton wrappers are too thin, and pizza dough is too thick. I guess the mass manufacturers have this down pretty good.

cuttin on the grain

I now have 3 fine bamboo cutting boards. Theresa picked me this up after one of her shopping spree’s. Cutting on the end grain is the best for knives and this board is absolutely gorgeous and I feel bad cutting on it.

I thinly shave it off the puck with a butter knife. Best meal ever. We have been making it every weekend for pert near 1/3 a year. The steaks need some lube before they hit the hot stainless.
