shoulder bacon.

T’s dad brought over some pleasant farms shoulder bacon. It is really smokey and pretty meaty. The meaty part was so tender and the fat came off pretty easy. It is not exactly bacon, but the flavor could not be beat. mmmmmmmmmmm……….
