cabonator: vodka


So I got the carbonator and hard liquor was suggested often so here we go. Picked up some smirnof, poured some in a 20 oz bottle, attached the hose and shook for about a minute. This was room temp and there is no sugar or protein in vodka so no foam, but I could hear the CO2 flowing in so poured a shot. It bubbled really hard when poured in the shot glass and sparkled a bit after. The moment it hit my tongue it sploded the CO2 out and tingled good. It was really carbonated. The flavor of the CO2 overpowered the vodka and I could only taste the vodka till after swallowing. Interesting for sure.
