Apparently I did not get enough painting time in on the pantry, we attacked our living room this weekend. I would of loved to have gotten out on my bike since the weather was so nice, meh….
We knew we wanted a dark maroonish color, headed to home depot and then the paint lady told us some strange stuff. Red is the hardest color there is. The pic above is T rolling on the colored primer. Our house is 100 years old and the peeps before us had put wood paneling on the walls of the room. So not only is it the toughest color, but it is a really tough surface to paint. took about 10 hours yesterday and we still have another coat to do today. Not to mention trim next weekend.
