thanks to the help on my can’t make a roast thread, I have made an OK roast. oven, little broth, veggis, and slow cooking. By the time I checked the roasts temp it was over 200. Set the oven for 275 and about 3 hours it was over done. But, it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than any of our last attempts. We were still able to pull it apart and not have to cut chunks off. And the rest was awesome. We forgot the carrots 🙁
Figured out our oven has a timer and well, we gonna make some killer roasts here soon.
