While picking up some polish dogs I saw that Wimmer’s had some new dogs out. There is a jack cheese, bacon and cheddar, cajun style, and one other I am not remembering. I am always on the lookout for a good andouille and gave these a shot.
They have that Wimmer’s aroma out of the package. I could smell the cajun seasonings a bit before cooking them. The grease was a decent orange and the dogs have a great cajun style flavor. Not as overpowering as a hearty andouille, so the naming is appropriate. I will finish that pack off for sure.
