Neither of my machines had working marquees and I had replaced bulbs and starters on both with no luck. Turns out it was the magnetic ballast that had gone bad on both of them. Strange because I did not know those could go bad. Seems new regulations have made them obsolete, but I was lucky enough to find two at home depot. Seems many folks just put a cheap florescent fixture in there instead or repairing with the same parts because of that. It looks really good on both of them.
