Jolly Rancher Scream Sours are pretty nummy. I got a bit of schmagma on a piece and contacted the parent company, Hershy. I had pictures, the lot number, my analysis, and filled out their online form. They responded about a week later letting me know they would send reimbursement in 4 – 6 weeks.
2 weeks later a letter showed up in the mail with a $2.00 coupon for any hershey product. No case of screaming sours, new test product, T-shirt, or puppy. But at least they sent enough to replace the borked product.
