The Bourbon Theatre, 6th time is the charm?

This was a hard secret to sit on. “don’t blog about it or mention it on the forum” 🙁
A lot of work is going into this venture and it seems they are very aware of mistakes from previous occupants.
The Kinetic Brew guys will launch the movie side of the business with a Homegrown Film Festival at 9 p.m. on Friday, April 3. The festival, which will be free, will spotlight short films by local filmmakers.
For Box Awesome, Bourbon Theatre will be an expansion venue for local and national music acts that draw larger crowds than the bar at 815 O St. can handle. Box Awesome will continue to offer entertainment as well.
