Theresa got me this for christmas and I only thumbed through it cuz of other books, but it looks awesome. The bacon cookbook is a full size book filled with awesome looking and sounding recipes and pictures. A couple of the bacon and cheese biscuits are gonna get cooked up here soon.
Kinda funny cuz I was trying to cut back on the bacon a bit, but this is just gonna make me ingest a bunch more. It has some bacon facts in the front. The most shocking was comparing one piece of bacon to a tablespoon of butter. Bacon is much better for ya.
