I have been wanting to try this for a while. Theresa picked up some speculoos from Trader Joe’s. It is simply divine. Tastes like a fancy sugar cookie with wpices.
Spices used in speculoos are cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom and white pepper.
It tastes so good and spreads like peanut butter. We used it on and in all sorts of things over the weekend. You gotta try it, seriously, like for reals.
