south 27th Super Saver slab bacon

So I think it was cornfused or another poster / commenter that suggested Super Saver slab bacon. I picked some up at our favorite location and was severely unimpressed.
It just did not have the proper cure or smokiness that makes killer bacon. I made one batch and could not finish it. Seriously I threw away bacon (so sad 🙁 )I will visually analyze other SS locations slab bacon, but will only buy if it looks worthy.
I am looking for the most orgasmic bacon around this fine city.
The Lincoln bacon quest continues.
