some movie shooting thingy going on in my neighborhood

A bunch of folk were blocking the street and some fancy cameras and it seemed to be a larger crew.
Only got the pic after cruising past it. There were cameras on scissor lifts and robot looking ones. Even a state patrol car was there. They were applying makeup to some blond girl. Could not make out who she was. Me thinks it is way above what a college film class would have access too.
any clues?
UPDATE: Seems it is a movie being shot here in NE called Vipers in the grass
