This is going a bit to fast. you can see how it is about an hour away from blowing that airlock off. All the fermentation ring goop is gonna clog the airlock and make quite a mess.
The floaties are trub, coagulated proteins, sediment and yeast. Looks kinda freaky and is a bunch of fun to watch.
