prob not a good idea to throw your dog at an officer

Flood said Kelly Ann Knepfel was holding small dog at the time she was talking to officers. At some point during the conversation, the Knepfel got upset and threw the dog, a Jack Russell Terrier named Flash, at the officer. Flood said there were no reported injuries to the dog or officer.
Flood said Knepfel was arrested for domestic assault because she had thrown a phone that struck her boyfriend in the face after he confronted her about her drinking problem.
