Made up some coffee ice cream. Theresa loves her coffee, so I figured she would like it. “I don’t like cold coffee, nor do I like cream in my coffee. 🙁
She said it would be good as a milk shake if some choc syrup was in there, but it will be gone before she can try that I bet. I make my ice cream with not much whipping cream. I substitute half and half to make it bit less hard on me.
Made cheese straws again. This time I passed them through a pasta machine to get them really flat. A bit too much salt on them, but they tasted awesome.
