Finally stopped in to PJ’s Babycakes today and I am in love. We got 9 cupcakes of all sorts and they are amazing. Amanda, the owner, was really cool. She had Vanilla, Chocolate, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet, The Madison, Lemon Burst, Lemon “Outside Ins”, Toffee Bar, Rocky Road, and Cookie Dough. this week. They are open for walk in biz on Friday-Sunday. The types offered change weekly.
The place is pretty and the cupcakes are reg size and priced low, almost to low. She also has fudge and truffles for sale. The cake part is so moist and delicious. Lots of frosting as well. I have only had two so far and am so impressed by how good they were I want to go back tomorrow. Theresa makes a good cupcake, but PJ’s is something I will be purchasing a lot in the future.
