It is amazing how advanced the peso is tech wise. The newer ones (right) are made of a tyvek type plastic. Full of security features like see through embossed plastic, the embossing is only on one side. Lots of watermarks and well they look fricking cool. We had gotten some change back in pesos and we cannot exchange it for US dollars. But being plastic money it was fine to take to the pool to get on the bartenders good side. It seems cool to have a 100 pesos, but it is pert near $10 US.
