Pepperjax grill to go into the Erbert and Gerbert space?

Word on the street is that Pepperjax Grill might move into the space where the old Homers was downtown and E&G just closed up. Been having a hankering for a good cheese steak.
Foxspit mentioned the history over on Lincolnite a while back.
The former owner of the Chartroose Caboose in Lincoln owns a small franchise called PepperJax. They have locations in Omaha and have branded themselves pretty well.
