So I got a case of major lower back pain yesterday morning. It happens every now and then. Mostly from being really lazy and weak. I would be riding more but it is so fricking cold out there. Took the afternoon off to self massage and get some heat on there. Doing much better today, but last night sucked. Hard to be comfortable when your back hurts.
uscellular fixed my phone for $75. Since my contract is up they tried to get me to get a new phone, but I have dreams of cooler phones in the future.
