NIC, where Theresa works built this site. It is pretty cool. Apparently West A Dad thinks it is cool as well.

Governors press release

DMV also unveiled a new look to its Web site, http://www.clickdmv.ne.gov, which makes the DMV online applications easy to find and easy to use. In addition to online vehicle renewal, Nebraskans can use the Web site to order specialty plates, reinstate a driver’s licenses and estimate vehicle taxes. The department is already developing plans to allow drivers the option of renewing their driver’s license online.

DMV developed the application with the team that designs and supports the state web portal, http://www.Nebraska.gov. A link to online renewal can also be found on Nebraska.gov.

Theresa was going to be one of the first to use the system when it went live, but our insurance company does not have our files online 🙁
