Looks awesome doesn’t it? Decided to grab a quick bite friday evening and well I still had never tried a McRib. Got a big mac for a backup. Holding the onions and pickles I tried to take a bite. In my head was the fact that 40-60% of this fine food product was soy and invented at our university. Took a bite and noticed a generic BBQ flavor and soft porkesque texture. It seemed softer than I would like, but if it had been tougher it prob would of scared me even more. Then I kept thinking of the Krusty McRibsammich that was made of now extinct worms or something. Bite two was enough.
At least I am used to the hamburgers and recognize them as a food product. The McRib just scares me.
