London Broil with Pancetta and Balsamic Glaze from Greta’s


I get a daily email for the special at Greta’s weekdays and they have some interesting offerings that seem delicious. Tuesdays dinner was:

Our Top Sirloin Culotte, char-broiled with Bandiola Spice Co’s Steak Seasoning and topped with Greta’s sauteed Pancetta and balsamic glaze! Served with fresh sauteed asparagus spears!

It was pretty good. I liked the hunks of pancetta and the crust on the meat. The glaze was a bit sweet, which Theresa was not overly fond of, but I enjoyed it. We will be checking out their dinners again I am sure. They are also doing a sausage making class Sept 6th that sounds interesting.

Join Kevin and Dr. Roger Mandigo for a three hour, hands-on opportunity to learn about sausagemaking. Dr. Mandigo will be teaching you the basics of sausage and we will be producing fresh bratwursts for you to take home!!! Call Kevin at 402-420-6328 if you have questions or would like to reserve a spot in the class.

Cost for the class will be $50.00. Participants will take home 5 lbs of fresh bratwursts that they have helped make. Dinner and beverages are included in class tuition costs.
