Got on them rollers again today. I need to make up for being lazy last week. So this is the first of five I hope to get done.
This guy puts me to shame. Riding no handed on the rollers, and doing just one leg sessions. I tried no hands for 0.5 seconds and well it spooked me. I will get there though.
