West A dad gifted me a barrel early last year. It became an outdoor junk collector for a while and now it is serving its purpose as a happy rain water collector. We picked up a second one from the Peoples City Mission for $50 with all the parts which is a great deal. Theresa painted them and I installed. It poured Sat night and the barrel out back was completely filled, unfortunately I left the spigot open one on the porch. Lucky for me it poured again last night and that sucka is full once again. Still have to work on the overflow and get all the connections for the hoses, but I am sure the plants will enjoy.
