how to cure a week of back pain. Dig a three foot hole of course ;)

Digging the hole for the above fence post killed my back. Severe pain for a week. I am such a whiney little biatch too. Got a few backrubs out of the deal though 🙂
This last sat was go time and the neighbor and I fixed the fence up. It hurt after digging another hole, but the next day I was doing pretty good. Today I was taking two stairs at a time. eeeeeeeee
