Sat morning we rode out to a friends house outside of Lincoln. Jaymie had heard some strange bird calling out for 3 days and decided to investigate. It turned out to be a baby deer which still had its umbilical cord bit hanging. She called wildlife rescue and found out that the storm had kept them busy with 4 other orphaned fawns.
