So those awesome porch steps my bud built cost a bit in materials. My bud was upset about how much the cedar cost and decided to fight Millard Lumber over it. He refused to let me pay him for materials every time I offered. I was even going to just contact Millard lumber myself be he told me not to. Well they sent a certified letter to me saying they are about to put a lein on my house for payment. I had a very nice and humorous conversation with them and we are going to pay them in installments and avoid any legal action. They are even eliminating the finance charges. Phew…..
