We have had severe issues with roast, the curse is strong.
Finally getting the good cuts, but still no love, or tough love 😉 This time it is in the new crockpot (bought just for this cuz we thought the old one was messed up or something) for 12 full hours on low. Gonna cook it into submission. I am hoping that any connective / tough tissue will be transformed into a soft beef like substance.
Just the roast, a bit of broth, and seasonings in the crock. We will mush our own taters and forgo the carrots all together. Wish us luck.
