Theresa got one of these for her Birfday this weekend. We are a bit stumped on what to use it for. I know I can make some bitchin stocks which will kick our meals up a notch, but what else do I make with it? Any of ya pressure cook? It is not big enough to can with.
But Fagor is such a cool name. I imagine a huge gladiator guy with a rainbow outfit and a gigantic rubber dong as a weapon.
