My neighbor Ryan got a deer this last season. He hooked me up with some ground meat, thanks Ryan 😉
I defrosted some last night and cooked me up a burger. of course I added some bacon and cheese. It does have a different taste. Much like elk, and other meats I have tried before. Buffalo is still my favorite alternative meat though.
