Picked up a stick of Busetto Artisan Con Vino dry salami from Leon’s Grocery over the weekend after shopping at Curio Collective. I am a fan of hard salami and it looked so fancy. They had two types of the salami and the Vino looked better even with the red wine in it. It is a coarse ground and the red wine flavor is not over the top. It is rich and flavorful for sure, but I expected it to be a bit more intense. I am going to keep my eyes out for other fancy salami options.
