Top tube was a bit over 22 inches. I would guess it is an 18 inch frame.
Set up as single speed, avid brakes, surly hubs and fork, salsa hoops and exiwolf tires. he is looking to get $650 for it. If interested let me know and I can contact him. More pics below.
