Noticed some new candies down at the U-Stop and had to give them a shot. Atkinson is the company that makes Chick-O-Stick, which are awesome. They had regular peanut brittle, but the coconut seemed cool so I grabbed that style. It looked really strange. The coconut is not a fine shred, but more of a thick slice. It was packed with filling and the brittle was not as rich and buttery as others I have had, but the peanuts and coconut made for a really great combo. I would try it again.
