A Lincoln teenager is accused of hitting another teen with a foot-and-a-half long piece of wood because he was taking too long rolling a marijuana blunt.

The 15-year-old was left with a 4.5 cm cut to the top of his head that required five stitches.
Rush turned himself in to police the next day and denied he’d used a board to hit him. Police say they now believe Rush hit the victim because he was taking too long to roll a marijuana blunt.
