Food network has an article on 50 states / 50 burgers. Twisted Cork won for NE and man that place looks good. Hollenbeck Farms was mentioned on the page and they are really awesome. Has anyone been to the Twisted Cork? I really want to check the place out.

so I was all going to make cheeseburgers last night. I had the bacon made, bunz thawed, cheese ready, and then noticed I had thawed Hollenbeck minute steak, not ground beef. The popeyes was meh…. since my hopes were crushed :(
