    It explained how gambling is a psychological and financial trap, and how
    you’re playing against odds you can’t beat.
    That night, I realized that I had a problem. And more importantly,
    that I wanted to stop. It gave me ideas that helped me
    take the hardest step towards quitting.
    Since then, I’ve deleted every betting app I ever had.

    I’ve talked to my partner. It’s not easy.
    It’s still a fight sometimes. But I’m winning.
