Sometimes the postal service gets a bad rap. The tracking info on packages is a bit lackluster compared to UPS and Fedex, but a recent package was pretty detailed. A package from amazon showed it was delivered over the lunch hour. We were home and did not get a package. Theresa used the online form to ask WTF? The next day she got a call asking for some details. Then another call a bit later saying they contacted the mail carrier who did our route that day and had him go check it out when his shift started at 2:30 PM. It seems they had delivered it a block down on accident so they got it back and delivered to us. Was nice that they corrected the issue and kept us informed along the way.
