This guy is really awesome. His site I hate cooking recipes is awesome. Not going to find much for recipes there though. What you do find is a professional cook showing you cooking techniques. He has 160 videos so far an all within 2 months. Quick, full of info, and entertaining. It seems he is doing all the video by himself with a webcam.
I was looking into taking a few cooking classes, searched around and did not find too much here in Lincoln. There is an Indian cooking class at SCC I might take, but chef Todd is pretty much all I need. I started off with some of his sauce vids to see if I am doing my rouxs correctly. I do pretty good, but learned even more little tricks from him. His knife vids are great. I am going to start sharpening my own from his advise.
