She is faster than Maggie who used to be the best. They smell funny. I got Fuggles out on a run along the salt creek levee trail to wear her out a bit before we went to the lake.

in an effort to eat a bit healthier, T & I made a fruit salad. We have already munched 1/3 of the huge ammount we made. I figured it would be cool to make a tropical infusion. The strawberries already look a bit scary, but I will let it soak for a bit and see what it is like.
I used Smirnoff 100 proof, so those should be some powerful fruit bits.
With one amendment from Senator Chambers which would reduce the yearly limit from 21,000 gallons to 10,000.
That prob sounds like a bummer, but at least it will allow micro distilleries to get going here in NE. They can always bring it back up in the future to amend the bill to allow for more.
Currently distelleries are allowed by law, but the producer has to buy an expensive distributors license to get their product to the public.
The new bill seeks to make it legal for microdistilleries to sell and serve spirits in house. If it passes, Upstream plans to start producing specialty distilled spirits.
