I brew for a local brew pub, Misty's steak house and brewery, it was formerly Crane River. I have brewed there for about 6 years. I have homebrewed for about 9 years. I love beer, I love searching for the perfect beer, yet I hope I never find it for I love variety. I will trry any beer to let you know how it is. It is a sacrafice I make for you, research is grueling.
