Dinker’s in Omaha = I am moving to Omaha

Got a reg Dinkers burger with bacon and cheese with rings. Place is pretty cool and tucked in a residential area. We were there at 1 PM and they were still busy and finishing the lunch rush. The burgers are cooked on a flat top scooped with a disher and smashed with a hand press. Do not think there was any seasoning, it was thick, juicy, no pink, and had quite the char on both sides. Pure heaven. Grinning from ear to ear. Even when we were back on the road I had some burps and enjoyed those too. Two cheeseburgers, one with onion rings and bacon, the other with fries. $13 and worth every penny.

Man, seems like everyone is talking about Dinker’s these days. Glad to see a resurgence in it’s popularity. Checking around after I got this rant on my blog.
