“A strangely addictive and entertaining blog called Cake Wrecks has been gaining a lot of notice on the internet. It celebrates cake designers that should perhaps be seeking employment in other fields as well as skillful cakes made to look like things that should have never been set in icing. Here’s a cake I nominate for the second category, a rather inappropriately delicious celebration of mushroom clouds. It was made in 1946 to honor the “successful” atomic bomb tests in the Bikini Atoll.

I didn’t even notice the mushroom cloud, funnily enough. I noticed her hat and assumed nothing further. Now I’m just stunned.
Also stunned at the second photo. It looks like his head has been photoshopped onto a female body. I noticed curves. No, my eyes don’t naturally gravitate to that area. It just seemed odd to me.
Aaaaannnnddd… I really love that Chewbacca costume.
