We have had bunches of problems with roasts in the past. We have had luck with the method above a bunch recently though. A good 5 hours at 200 degrees seems to make it come out tender.Although rubbing spices all over it and prime ribbing it sounds good.

I have been working on some peeps windows boxes and hit my gmail to get a file. I say do not remember, but I think some virus or something caught my passwd.
